Raising Funds for ShelterBox

DDee Club ShelterBox Oct 21Congratulations to the Rotary Club of Donaghadee who, with thanks to the public’s generosity, have recently raised over £1,100 at collections in Bloomfields and Newtownards Shopping Centres for ShelterBox to aid those affected by the earthquake that recently devastated Haiti.

Helping Donaghadee Club members with the collections was Rotary Club of Belfast Past President Ronnie Porter. Funds raised from the collections will be used by ShelterBox to fill and replenish their storage stocks of Shelterboxes, costing around £600 each and/or Shelterkits costing around £70 each.
