ShelterBox benefit from Bond!

ShelterBox were invited, along with Save the Children, to benefit from the Royal Film Performance of the latest Bond film Spectre which took place 26 October 2015. The event was attended by Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and Prince Harry.

A letter in the souvenir brochure signed by all three Royal attendees, said: "We are so pleased that this evening's event will benefit two very worthwhile charities – ShelterBox, in recognition of their work providing emergency response and resilience building in Nepal following the earthquake, and Save the Children." The brochure also contained a special feature on ShelterBox's work in humanitarian disaster relief. Now, the proceeds of ticket and brochure sales have been calculated, and it has just been announced that £193,914 will be donated to them.
