Club hears about NI Ombudsman Role

Speaker Tom Frawley who earlier this year retired as Ombudsman for NI gave a most interesting and well received address to the Club Monday 09 May. He highlighted that the Office gives the voiceless a voice, particularly those with learning and mental difficulties, and his concern going forward is for the dignity of older people.
