Thank you speaker Tom Frawley who earlier this year retired as Assembly Ombudsman and Northern Ireland Commissioner for Complaints gave a most interesting address to the Club 09 May pointing out that the Office gives the voiceless a voice, particularly those with learning and mental difficulties.
