Charity Lunch

The Club were delighted to welcome Guest Speaker Dame Esther Rantzen and the Silver Line CEO Sophie Andrews to the special Fundraising Lunch held in the Europa Hotel, Thursday 10 May. In a highly entertaining and frequently anecdotal address to the large attendance Dame Esther detailed how The Silver Line began, its importance and how it operates. After her interesting, moving and informative talk which was enjoyed by all President Rosemary presented her with a cheque.
