Club attend Amber Rudd's visit to YouthAction NI

AMBER RUDD VISIT TO CSN 140Amber Rudd MP, the Secretary of State for Work & Pensions, visiting Youth Action NI on the morning of Thursday 29 August, met and discussed with young people from Strabane, Derry, Londonderry, Newry, Banbridge & Belfast YouthAction’s GET SET for Work project.

The Rotary Club of Belfast is one of the key business partners of the Programme and, representing the Club, Immediate Past President Mark Davidson highlighted Rotary’s involvement with interview skills and CV preparation as well as the Club’s financial sponsorship of Interns.

Youth Action NI’s CEO June Trimble and GET SET Project Manager Clare Conlon stressed the positive impact the GET SET for Work project has had in building confidence, skills and qualifications.
