Rotary Club of Belfast

Away in Ballycastle

Ballycastle 24.5Club members and partners were delighted to gather for a second time at the Marine Hotel Ballycastle on Monday 13 May and this year the Club was pleased that members and partners from the Rotary Club of Dublin joined the group as well as, from Oslo, Thomas Dorg, Director of the Coretta and Martin Luther King Institute for Peace and Alaa Alshaham, Director of Special Projects at The Pursuit of Harmony who is working with Thomas at the King Institute.

The group received a very warm welcome from the hotel, and all thoroughly enjoyed each other’s company with lots of craic over a very good dinner culminating with a hearty north coast breakfast! This was an excellent event, when even the inclement weather didn't dampen spirits! Very many thanks are extended to Hester O’Carroll (who unfortunately is in Musgrave Park Hospital and was unable to be there) and PP Brian Clements for their organisational skills.
